The Story Behind the Services

Stacey Perko

QCSW, LCSW, LSUDC

I’m Stacey, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Growing up amidst family struggles with addiction, I faced instability and trauma. Seeking solace, I turned to therapy at 12. It was a turning point. Therapy became my sanctuary, offering answers and peace. It showed me that healing was possible and that my suffering wasn’t my fault. Now, I’m committed to supporting others in breaking the cycles and patterns of dysfunction as I have done for not only myself, but my children, and future generations.

My Professional Practice

Through my personal journey, I developed deep empathy for those affected by addiction. I pursued a social work degree at the University of Utah, specializing in Mental Health and Co-occurring disorders, alongside a Substance Use Disorder Counseling program. Now, with credentials including QCSW, LCSW, LSUDC, and EMDR training, I help individuals heal from trauma. From the Veterans Administration to Cirque Lodge, I’ve dedicated years to intensive inpatient treatment. Today, in private practice, I focus on addiction, anxiety, depression, and offer Experiential/Psychodrama therapy and EMDR.
